Into the Fray Pre-Write

Before having to write my letter this pre-write assignment has helped me to focus more on my purpose, my intentions, the issue, the solutions to my issues, and what genre to use for this text. This pre-write helped me in my approach. By answering all the questions given in this pre-write I was able to focus on all these important aspects of my text so that I have concrete idea of how I'll be approaching this text and also to make it clear that I understand my ideas.

This pre-write helped in making clear my purpose in this text. Before beginning to finally write my entire letter, I had a clear understanding of what my purpose was for this letter. This has made it easy for me in the actual process of typing the letter since I didn't have think blankly about how to actually start the letter.
Revision I've made on my final draft of my letter were the formatting. I wasn't sure about how to write letters so it didn't seem professional at all when I presented my first draft to the proofreaders in my group. Therefore, it made it less effective when it came to presenting my letter professionally to a serious issue. I had to research the proper way of how to format a letter.
This artifacts supports my writing process that I've developed because it helped to emphasize the Approach part of the process. It helped to clarify what your purpose was so that your audience may understand where you stand or what you are presenting to them. Also this helped me in figuring out what genre was appropriate to use in order to reach out to my audience with this certain issue.
